I didn’t set out to build a big bakery—I set out to make a really good cookie.
My name is Theresa, and “Ressa” is a part of me. This business is personal. Every cookie that comes out of my kitchen is made by hand, in small batches, with the kind of care you can’t rush.
I went to culinary school, so I understand the science behind baking—but the truth is, the best cookies aren’t just about technique. They come from patience, attention, and doing things the right way, even when it takes a little longer.
